When you authorize the Runy Google Calendar Integration, we access the following Google Calendar data:

• Calendar Events: Event titles, descriptions, times, locations, and attendees
• Calendar Metadata: Calendar names, IDs, and access levels
• Email Address: Your Google account email address
• OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens to maintain your connection

Google API Scopes: calendar, calendar.events, userinfo.email

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your Google Calendar data to provide calendar integration features within the Runy platform:

• Display your calendar events within Runy
• Sync calendar availability for scheduling
• Integrate calendar data with Runy workflows
• Manage connected calendar connections

We do not use your calendar data for advertising, do not sell your data to third parties, and do not use your data to train AI/ML models.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Google Calendar data only for as long as your account remains connected to our service. We adhere to the following retention policies:

• Active Connections: We retain authentication tokens and cached calendar metadata to provide the service.
• Disconnection: If you disconnect your Google Calendar account from Runy, your OAuth tokens are immediately deleted from our systems.
• Deletion Requests: You may request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at aria@runy.com. We will process data deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Data Protection Mechanisms

We take the security of your data seriously and implement robust protection mechanisms for sensitive data:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols. Sensitive data (such as OAuth tokens) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

6. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
